Delivery time varies based on destination:
- Standard Domestic Shipping: 5–7 business days
- International Shipping: 10–25 business days depending on location and customs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and delivery location.
- Free shipping is available on select orders and locations
- Express delivery options are available at extra cost
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatched
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email after dispatch. Track your package anytime on our Track Your Order page.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may incur customs duties or VAT. These charges are not included in the shipping fee.
- All import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
- If a package is refused due to customs, refund may be given minus return shipping
- ShopUku is not responsible for customs delays
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will assist with carrier resolution.
- First check with neighbors or your local post office
- File a claim with the courier if necessary
- Keep packaging for damaged items and report promptly
7. Address Errors and Delivery Failures
ShopUku is not responsible for address errors at checkout.
- If unprocessed, contact us immediately to update the address
- Once shipped, customers must retrieve the item or reorder
8. Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to failed delivery or unpaid customs, you may:
- Reship: Pay the new shipping fee
- Refund: Get a refund minus original shipping cost
